 Yes. All pizzas are made on house-made 12-inch slow-rise sourdough bases. The dough is naturally fermented to create a lighter, crisp and airy pizza base that is easier to digest and full of flavour. 

 The Buff Boss Burger features a premium buffalo meat patty sourced from Maleny Buffalo Farm on the Sunshine Coast. Buffalo meat is leaner than beef while still delivering rich flavour, making it one of the most unique burgers on the Sunshine Coast. Supporting local suppliers

Burger & Pizza Co serves a range of house-made burgers including The OG, The Knot, Buff Boss buffalo burger, Cluckin’ Good fried chicken burger, Yardbird grilled chicken burger, Hook & Bun barramundi burger and the Plantasia vegan burger. All burgers are served with chips and made fresh using quality ingredients.

 Sourdough pizza dough is naturally fermented over time, creating a lighter, crispier base with more flavour compared to standard pizza dough- with over 50% less calories then a standard pizza bases.
